As an offering of Karma of Service, our lead Facilitator Sara Cueva (E-RYT 500), has determined to provide our Yoga Teacher Training at COST.
With the rising costs of Yoga Teacher training programs, it becomes more challenging for those who wish to invest their time in this noble endeavour, to be able to gain access to it, with most programs running for over $3000 today.

Sara believes that Yoga should be financially accessible to everyone interested in pursuing this important path. As a result, Yoga Teacher Training programs will be offered at cost, $1500 (plus tax). This low price is a direct reflection of her quality of intention in facilitating teacher trainings. Space will still be limited to ensure the highest quality of training possible. Deepen Your Practice
Hoping to deepen your practice, but not ready to invest the time and money in a full Yoga Teacher Training? We have a program for you! Our Yoga Intensives are designed to help you deepen your practice through concentrated study on the history of yoga, philosophy and lifestyle, and deepening your connection to your yoga postures (asana) practice.
These courses are offered by a YACEP, and as such, are available as Continuing Education credits for existing RYT's.
